Beste VVA'ers, 

Zoals aangekondigd tijdens de season kick-off zal in oktober gestart worden met de contributie-inning. Hiervoor is een samenwerking aangegaan met NIKKI. 

 Over NIKKI 

Waarom zijn we een samenwerking aangegaan met NIKKI en wat betekent dit voor jou als lid? Je leest het hier >>

 Hoe gaat het betalen in zijn werk? 

• Communicatie, inning en verwerking van contributie wordt gedaan door NIKKI.

• Je ontvangt een mail vanuit NIKKI met betaallink.

• Betaling gaat via deze iDeal betaallink. 

• Er wordt geen gebruikgemaakt van automatische incasso.

• Je kan in één keer betalen of in twee termijnen. 

• Let op: de servicekosten voor betalen in twee termijnen bedragen 10% van het verschuldigde bedrag, maar wel met een maximum van 19 euro per persoon.

• Let op: Indien je gebruikmaakt van (gemeentelijke) vergoedingen om de contributie te betalen, dien je deze zelf aan te vragen. Lees verder >>

• De gehele communicatie betreffende de inning van onze contributiegelden ligt in handen van NIKKI. 

• Al jouw vragen en verzoeken omtrent de contributiebetaling kan je hen voorleggen:

• NIKKI staat in contact met de twee contributie-inning specialisten van VVA binnen het VVA Financiën team.

 Hoeveel is mijn contributie? 

*voor leden die meer dan 1x in de week trainen wordt de contributie met €65,- verhoogd.

Ben je student? Dan krijg je 10% korting op je contributie. Ook hiervoor kun je contact opnemen met NIKKI.

 Waarvoor wordt de contributie gebruikt? 

De contributie houdt de vereniging draaiende: zaalhuur, Nevobo, competitiegelden, trainers, materiaal en overige vaste kosten (zoals verzekeringen, boekhouding en vergoedingen). Tijdens de Algemene Ledenvergadering (einde seizoen) worden kosten en contributie toegelicht. Je bent hier van harte welkom om al je vragen te stellen.

Update collection membership fees

Dear VVA members,

As announced during the season kick-off, we will start collecting membership fees in October. For this purpose, we have partnered with NIKKI.

 How does the payment process work? 

• Communication, collection and processing of membership fees will be handled by NIKKI.
• You will receive an email from NIKKI containing a payment link.
• Payment will be made via this iDEAL payment link.
• No direct debit will be used.
• You can pay the full amount in one payment or in two instalments.
• Please note: The service fee for paying in two instalments is 10% of the amount due, with a maximum of €19 per person.
• Please note: If you are eligible for or make use of (municipal) financial assistance to cover your membership fee, you are responsible for applying for this yourself. Read more here >>

 How much is my contribution? 

*For members who train more than once a week, an additional €65 will be charged.

Are you a student? Then you’ll receive a 10% discount on your membership fee. Please contact NIKKI for this.

What is the conribution used for?

The fee keeps the club running: hall rental, Nevobo, competition fees, trainers, equipment, plus fixed costs such as insurance, accounting and allowances. At the General Assembly (end of the season) we explain the costs and how the contribution is determined. Feel free to join then and ask all the questions you have.
